At Cloud Cushion Slides, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Below is a detailed overview of our Shipping Process:

1. Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping :  $8.95 USD per order.
Expedited Shipping: $19.95 USD per order.

3. Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 business days from the date of order processing.
Expedited Shipping: 3 to 5 business days from the date of order processing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

5. Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, carrier delays, or extreme weather conditions. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will notify you via email.

6. Taxes

Cloud Cushion Slides don't charge any tax we charge only for Standard Shipping :  $8.95 USD per order and Expedited Shipping: $19.95 USD per order.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@cloudcushionslides.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
