Q: How Long Does It Take For My Package To Arrive?

A: It takes anywhere from 24-48 hours to process your order once it has been placed. After that time period, it takes around 7-10 Business Days for your order to arrive. Click here for more info.

Q: Do You Ship To Areas Outside The US?

Q: My Package Is Shown As Delivered But I Haven't Got It Yet, What Should I Do?

A: No worries, please message Customer Service by using our Contact Us page. 

Q: What Mail Service Do You Use?

A: For orders within the US we use USPS. For Canada, we use Canada Post. For anywhere else in the world we use the normal postal service option or DHL. 

Q: Why Isn't My Tracking Number Working?

A: Please allow 24 hours for Postal Services to receive and process your package. If an extended period of time without a functioning tracking number does occur, please contact our customer support team here

Q: Do You Sell Gift Cards?

A: As of right now, we do not sell gift cards. However, this could become an option in the near future. 

Q: When Does My Card Get Charged?

A: Your card gets charged right at checkout. In the event that your order gets cancelled, please allow up to 10 business days to see the balance returned to your account. 

Q: I Did Not Get An Order Confirmation Email or Shipping Notification. What Do I Do?
